My name is Suzanne Heiss. With over a decade of travel planning experience and a passion to please people, being a Travel Advisor with Magical Vacation Planner is my dream job! I started out as a travel planner with a deep love of Walt Disney World Resort vacations. After all, I have a family of my own that loves Disney! Through my years of experience of working with families and balancing all of the complicated details of a theme park experience with the various needs and preferences of each family member, I learned how to really listen to my guests to help them determine the very best options to make the very best memories during their vacations. Shortly after mastering Disney Destinations, I became acquainted with all of the major cruise lines such as Norwegian, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Viking, and National Geographic Expeditions, eventually mastering each of those brands. Today, our agency partners with hundreds of vendors to provide a wide array of vacation packages to every continent on the planet. 

 As I approach a potential guest, I want them to describe to me what is important to them. I love matching guests with the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and stateroom. I have an excellent reputation among my guests for imagining myself as the traveler and walking through every step of the vacation process (setting up the phone apps, making reservations for dining, printing out boarding documents, etc.). I look for questions that guests may not even realize they should have and I find the answers, so they have a worry-free travel experience. Furthermore, I stay available during and after my guests' vacations, so they always have someone to contact if they have any questions or concerns. 

I live right here in Harford County, so I am also able to meet guests face to face if a guest prefers to do that. Whether it's exploring Alaska, navigating the National Parks of North America, or cruising along the rivers of Europe, I work to ensure your vacation is smooth and hassle free.
