Our Akers team was delighted to welcome Patricia in November 2024. With an impressive 27-year background in customer service, she has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including representative, supervisor, trainer, sales associate, and safety coordinator. Her diverse experience brings a high level of professionalism and care to her work with both clients and colleagues.
In her current role, Patricia supports the team in several important areas, including managing advisors’ calendars and appointments, administering client services, and assisting with seminars in marketing debt expansion. She also occasionally fills in at the reception desk, where you may be greeted by her welcoming and friendly face.
A lifelong resident of northern Harford County, Patricia enjoys gardening, shopping, and traveling. She has a deep love for animals, having grown up on a farm, and has raised two children. Patricia currently resides in Pylesville, Maryland, where she continues to stay active in her community and enjoy time with family.
