Kim has been with Akers Financial Group since October 2010, bringing a diverse professional background and years of experience to her role. After attending Villa Julie College for paralegal studies, she began her career working full-time at a Bel Air law firm. She later served as a Planning Assistant with Harford County Government for twelve years before stepping away to focus on her family, during which time she also owned and operated New Again Consignment Boutique.
In her current role, Kim handles a wide range of responsibilities that support both clients and the advisory team. Her day-to-day duties include managing client services, overseeing calendars and appointments, coordinating client events, distributing client communications, and fostering strong client relationships. Her organizational skills and attention to detail play a vital role in ensuring a high level of service.
A Harford County native, Kim now resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, while remaining close to her two grown sons and grandchildren. She enjoys staying active in her community through church outreach programs and values spending quality time with her family.
