Julia Akers
Artist
Julia is an artist who discovered her love of all things paint, canvas, and brush in her junior year of high school. She graduated from HCC with an AA in Fine Arts and finished her education under a mentor in illustration and discipleship. Since then, Julia has authored “Art for the High School Student” and “Art Level 1” for Master Books. She has directed Fine Arts Camp for kids and is currently enjoying illustrating and writing art curriculum.
Julia loves her husband Noah, gardens full of color, and finding her inspiration in God’s Word. She’s excited to be part of the Akers team, helping decorate for events and sharing in craft classes.
