We welcomed Darus to the Akers Financial Group team in May 2022 as a Financial Planning Intern. Since then, he has graduated from Manhattanville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is currently pursuing his MBA, continuing to build his knowledge in the financial field.
In his role, Darus supports the advisory team by preparing for client meetings and assisting with the preparation and updating of client data. His contributions help ensure that advisors are equipped with accurate and organized information to provide thoughtful financial guidance.
Outside of work, Darus has a strong athletic background, having played four years of college basketball at various universities. He enjoys staying active through sports, traveling, and attending sporting events. Darus currently resides in Aberdeen, Maryland.
